Having grown up around Resolve, the business has always been much more than just a job to Elizabeth. She's incredibly proud of how far Resolve has come and is passionate about playing her part in where it goes next.

Her role spans many areas of the business, from people and HR to payroll, marketing and the wider direction of Resolve. She thrives on the variety and is always looking for new ideas, better ways of doing things and opportunities to keep the business moving forward.

Elizabeth is particularly passionate about the people behind Resolve and creating a business that's a great place to work, as well as one that clients genuinely enjoy working with.

Bruce has grown up around Resolve and was involved in the family business long before it became his career, starting out sorting receipts in the office as a child.

‍

He works closely with both businesses and individuals, helping them with everything from tax planning and business structuring to the day to day questions and challenges that come with running and growing a business.

‍

Bruce is genuinely passionate about getting under the skin of a business and understanding what the owner is trying to achieve. He has a knack for taking something complicated and making it much easier to understand, and he takes real pride in making sure every client feels informed and in control.

George has been part of Resolve since the very start of his career, joining as an apprentice at just 16. Resolve was his first job and he’s been here ever since working his way through the business.

George has a particular passion for technology and is always exploring new software and smarter ways of working. He enjoys helping clients make better use of their numbers, improve their processes and find practical solutions that make running their business that little bit easier.

Kieran joined Resolve shortly after completing his degree in Economics and has continued to develop his career with us ever since. Along the way he has become a full member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Today, Kieran plays a pivotal role at Resolve as our Operations Lead, overseeing the team's workload and day to day delivery across the business. He ensures our clients receive a consistently high standard of service while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

‍

Alongside his operational responsibilities, Kieran manages his own portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries. He combines his technical knowledge with a genuine commitment to looking after both his clients and the people around him, and is someone the team can always rely on for guidance, support or an extra pair of hands when needed.

Ella has been part of Resolve for many years and has built up extensive experience across accounting and tax. She is a qualified member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT), as well as a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).

Ella manages her own portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries and brings a depth of technical knowledge that clients genuinely value. She has a great understanding of both her clients and their businesses, always looking for practical ways to help them and making sure nothing gets missed along the way.

Within Resolve, Ella is known for her ability to juggle a huge amount at once while still delivering consistently high quality work. Her attention to detail and commitment to getting things right make her an incredibly valued part of the team.

Sue leads Resolve’s payroll team, overseeing the day-to-day running of our payroll service and making sure our clients and their employees are always in safe hands.

With a wealth of payroll experience, Sue has an excellent understanding of the ever-changing legislation and responsibilities that come with employing people. She knows payroll can sometimes feel complicated, so takes pride in making the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible for our clients.

Sue is thorough, dependable and always happy to help, making sure everything is accurate, on time and that clients have the support they need.

Simon is a key part of our client team, managing the day-to-day work across his portfolio while helping to oversee and support the work of our junior team.

With a particular strength on the technical side of accountancy and tax, Simon takes pride in producing consistently high-quality work and getting into the detail when needed. He's currently building on that expertise by studying towards his ATT and CTA qualifications.

Simon brings a fresh perspective to the team and is always developing his knowledge as the industry changes. His technical ability and dependable approach make him an important part of Resolve's continued growth.

Jason plays an important role in the day-to-day management of our client work, helping to keep everything moving while supporting the wider accounts team.

Alongside looking after clients, Jason works closely with our junior team, offering guidance and support as they develop their own careers at Resolve. He has a naturally team-focused approach and is always willing to get involved, making him an important part of both the day-to-day running and continued growth of Resolve.

Jason is also continuing to develop his own technical expertise and is currently working towards his CTA qualifications.

Lisa is the first friendly face clients see when they walk through the door, though her role stretches well beyond reception.

‍

As part of business administration, Lisa helps keep Resolve running smoothly day to day, from client onboarding and accounts receivable through to the behind-the-scenes details that keep everything on track.

‍

Warm and approachable, Lisa takes real pride in making sure everyone feels welcome and well looked after from the very start.
